I applied and quickly received an email to set up an initial interview with HR. They sent over links for employer-specific testing, which was straightforward. After passing the tests, I had an interview with the department manager. Once that was squared away, there was a final meeting with the tech department to set up equipment and receive logins.
During the first week, I met with all the leads and management for introductions and to learn more about the company. I also had individual meetings with the CEO and COO to dive deeper into the specifics of our work and the passion driving the company. The process was thorough but smooth, and it really helped me hit the ground running!
