In person and comfortable. Some chit chat, some typical interview questions. It was very casual and focused on how my past experience and education would help me be successful here. The interviewer was polite, personable and sincere. I was not actually looking for a job, but came across the posting and was interested. I took the position largely because of how impressive the interviewer was and her ability to share her vision of the company.
