1st interview was completed through HireVue, where I recorded myself answering 3-4 questions. The questions were fairly easy and focused on your interest in the company. 2nd Interview was with the Graphic Design Manager and a UX Designer. They asked a broad range of questions and they informed me about the company and the position. I was expecting to interview with one person, for a position as a Junior Graphic Designer, but they were looking for a unicorn that would be able to do a broad range of things. There was less focus on Graphic Design, and more on UX Design.
