Started with a phone interview with the recruiter. If you pass that, then your second interview will be with a management team member for the team you will be working with. They both ask similar questions as to your background and in general want to get a feel for you ability to make high-volume sales calls and meet sales numbers.

How would you handle a prospective client turning you down?
3 round interview; It was one with the recruiter, one with the team (team you will work with) and one with the director of the team (1:1). Lots of questions. All on video.

How do you answer a question when you do not know the answer?
3 Rounds:
1. Recorded interview where you have 30 seconds to read a question and prepare, and then 2 minutes to answer the question. There are no do-overs.

Colloquio
Because of COVID the process was long (4-6 weeks) and I had three interviews. It was a good experience and I was offered a position. Didn't start for 4-6 until after offer. Had to be patient but a lot of benefits working for this company so I was patient and am excited to start.
