Every time you speak to someone new, you like the company even more. Thoughtful questions but not the kind that tries to trip you up. So excited to join a company with a culture that's reflected in the interview process - warm, engaged, and they really want to know you as a person. Although it's growing super quickly, you definitely don't feel like you're going to be a number.
