Recruiter contacted me on 1 job board. After having basic discussion, the HR takes 1 basic testing test on a call to see if the candidate is having basic knowledge or not. After this, 1st technical round will be scheduled with the Sr QA for technical interview which contains API and DB Questions. After clearing 1st round, 2nd round is scheduled with QA Manager. Again same discussion which happened in 1st round. 1st round was very professional. But 2nd round: manager joined the call after 5 mins from the scheduled time. No apology for that. will go on mute multiple times, and after each answer he was taking at least 10 seconds to respond. The interview was extended to 1.5 hrs without asking if I was available or not. QA manager lacked professionalism. After 2nd round, no feedback till 15 days. Waste of time!
