I didn't even get to have a call with the recruiter; we just exchanged emails until an interview was scheduled with the hiring manager. The recruiter was basically of no help, don't know anything about the role or the interview guideline. On the day of the interview, I arrived and had to fill out the exact same questions for the third time. The interview was scheduled for 1 hour but only lasted 30 minutes for me; I'm not sure why. As soon as I walked in, the hiring manager went straight to questioning without discussing what he does or what the project is about. An interview should be a two-way conversation, but for this company, it really feels like they don't care about you.
