Responsive, easy, and quick. They reached out for an interview, 30-min zoom interview (COVID, not sure if in-person otherwise) and I was offered the job within 48 hours! Recruiter was extremely friendly and personable.

The interview was smoothly. They answered all my questions I had but the job they asked what do I have experienced working with kids with autism how I feel of working with them when they have a certain behavioral needs. What would I do if my client is having a hard transition. Am I willing to work to get my RBT? How long have you been working with kids with autism

Long and a little stressfull
You have to pass different tests and medical exams. Vaccines etc
Trainers are not very friendly, most of them. There was one that was nice along the way.
