Quick and efficient, was offered a job by end of interview. The interview was less than an hour, business attire was worn, resume was looked over, answered some basic questions of competency.
There was a quick tour at the beginning. The recruiter asked questions regarding education (degrees), desired pay, if I liked to work with kids, and 1 scenario. The questions were easy and quick to answer. The interview was no more than 10 minutes.
The initial interview was through Skype. The person I talked to did not know what was policy for what state I was applying in. He made promises, he was unable to keep.
