Too easy. They didn't ask pertinent nessessary questions. This place is a chop-shop that you dont want on your resume. They have huge attrition and turnover and can't keep employees, thus, the pathetically simple interview process.

I was already an employee, but interviewed for a supervisor position. I met with the area director in person and skyped with another high up employee in another office. Many questions were asked about my clinical experience and "what would you do in this situation"

First you submit a resume online. I was called by a recruiter and completed a phone interview, I then came in for 2 physical interviews with the directors. Overall process took about a month.

I am not sure most questions were pretty straight forward about my prior experience and comfort managing and directing staff as this was a big part of my role as a supervisor.
