Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ACT Training (Cardiff, Galles)
Colloquio
The process consisted of a two-stage process. One via Teams and one in person.
Both were very structured and formal and there was no real opportunity get the know the company better. Also, I tried asking about the salary and was quickly shot down.
I think the most egregious thing was that I was one of two candidates to get to the final stage and I after not hearing from them for a number of weeks, I had to actually pursue them for an answer. When I finally received it, I was met with a generic rejection email, with no personalised feedback whatsoever.
I personally found the entire interview experience quite cold and impersonal and after the tour, it didn't seem like a great place to work anyway.

It was a stage wise process and initially with line managers. Selected candidates were forwarded to higher management such as operation director for final interview. It was very formal type of questions were asked but very friendly session.
