Everyone that interviewed me was knowledgeable about the role and company overall. I enjoyed the discussions as everyone was cordial and kind. I was offered a role but unfortunately we were not able to align on some non negotiables I required. I would absolutely consider joining ADM again in the future
HR screen call with a recruitment specialist, with follow-up interview with two or three managers or job sponsors, with follow-up decisions from HR recruitment specialists within a week after the interview.
