I had a one hour zoom interview with hiring manager. Overall, the experience was pretty good and had great conversation with my interviewer. The questions weren't that difficult. Mostly behavioral questions during this round.

Tell me about yourself. Why ADP? Tell me about this on your resume. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
HR call , followed by hiring manager, they dint get back for very long and said the position has been withheld ,cuz most remote jobs had been upgraded to hybrid or onsite.

Apply on website, HR Screening on a phone call and then 2nd & 3rd rounds with team. It was a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Process is a month long
GD + PI + Manager's round. In GD they asked us about a common topic, PI is also easy. PI went on for a while and was mostly about the subjects that I had picked up in MBA.
