The interview took place with 4 different people and it was very straight to the point. It was about 15 minutes with each interviewer. The questions were mainly behavioral questions and a run-down of your resume.

I have applied through my university's career website. A week before the first round, I've got the result for the resume screening. For the first round, there were two face-to-face interviews with two professionals from AIG's Finance department. I did not get any response after the first round so I did not get to the second round.

Second round with 2 interviewers - Tell me about a time you failed. What do you do for fun? Is there anything on your resume you would like to point out to me that you think is important?
