Assessment centre ; - Prepare a presentation about your visit to Aldi - we were given specific topics each to weave into the presentation: Aldi's people, merchandising, branding, eccomerse and technology, corporate responsibility, competitor analysis, specialbuys and something else i cant remember. - Group task to read a job description and 5 candidates and decide which one would be best for the job - 20 minutes to decide as a group which would be best and present the candidate to the assessors - 2 out of 8 people were asked to stay for a final interview - no travel compensation was offered and feedback on the day was not given
