Colloquio
J'ai postulé en ligne, puis j'ai été contacté par téléphone pour un entretien RH.
J'ai ensuite eu un entretien physique avec le manager et la RH qui m'avait appelé.
Entretien typique :
- Une phase de présentation de mon profil, de mon parcours et pourquoi je suis là, qui a été interrompu par le manager pour avoir plus de précisions sur certains points
- Ma connaissance de l'actualité l'entreprise Alstom Transport
- la description du poste par le manager
- Une phase de discussion pour évaluer mon intégration dans l'équipe et voir si j'arrive à me projeter dans le poste
