Tuve la oportunidad de participar en unos de sus procesos de reclutamiento lamentablemente no fue la mejor experiencia ya que es muy ambiguo, no hay feedback ademas que durante el proceso te da la percepcion que en lugar de entrevista solo se enfocan y dedican a recopilar Informacion de tu anterior trabajo de una manera profunda que no es parte de un proceso normal favor de tener cuidado que informacion proporcionan.

Pretty straight forward process, called by a recruiter, and interviewed for a couple of rounds. There were more but i didnt make it as i needed VISA (i think). They did not make it clear. Interviews felt more like listening than answering questions.

Why would an engineering company ask for ALTEN's services if they already have speciality teams at their site?

Pretty short, nothing really focused on experience. Just HR Questions and a quick rejection later. 5 minutes is not an interview in my opinion. This was my experience anyway with the interview process.
First interview with human resources, then technical questions with manager then last interview with hiring manager. Test was 5 questions that could be done online. The people were receptive and very kind
