There was at least 1 phone interview and 2 in person interviews with HR and then the department leaders. The representative from HR was very forthcoming about the pay before I moved on to the secondary interview with the department leadership

Pretty easy, had multiple interviews with leaders over a period of a couple weeks. Also, had a shadowing of what the daily tasks would be and see a small sample of the programs they use.
