I went through an exhausting five-stage interview process with this company that took two weeks. After all that effort, they kept me waiting for nearly a month to decide whether or not they’d extend an offer. The lack of respect for candidates’ time was staggering. Communication was slow and only responsive after I messaged them, but even then vague, and unhelpful. It felt like they were completely indifferent to the fact that candidates put their lives and other opportunities on hold during such processes. If this is how they treat people they’re supposedly interested in hiring, I can only imagine what it’s like working here. The whole experience gave me serious doubts about their internal decision-making, organization, and culture. They rejected me after 4weeks with a very generic email. During the interview process at the final stages two of the interviewers kept making questions like would you work later or weekends? Do you have a family or personal life/reasons that might stop you from working extra hours or travelling? I consider this highly inappropriate, disrespectful and unprofessional. The ceo interview was a disaster. He was so rude, disrespectful and arrogant. Was making statements like ok then you will join us for a bit and get bored and leave then. Why you wanna join us besides needing money or a job ? That interview didn’t add any value,or had any positive impact to my knowledge - image of the company and was the reason why I would reject an offer even if it was made. The first three interviews were great, with engaging interviewers that were happy to be on those meetings. Advice to Management: Respect candidates’ time. Streamline your hiring process, communicate promptly, and remember that talented professionals won’t wait forever while you drag things out. I accepted an other offer already cause I couldn’t wait any longer.

Interview questions and the overall process were straightforward. However, after nearly two months and four interview stages, the experience ended in disappointment. At the start, I was told by HR that my salary expectations were within budget. Despite having seen a similar negative review beforehand, I decided to give the company a chance and see for myself — only to end up in a very similar situation. It was only after the third interview that I was told the originally agreed figure wasn’t something their current TPMs receive, and that “we could negotiate.” After completing all stages, it then took another few weeks to receive a verbal offer — which turned out to be £10k+ lower, with no meaningful benefits (20 days’ holiday, no health insurance, and the minimum 3% pension). Although I was flexible and lowered my expectations slightly, the offer didn’t shift at all, so I declined. It was frustrating to invest so much time and effort only for the terms to change late in the process, and for “negotiation” to mean no room for movement. Please be transparent about what the company can offer from the beginning. It saves everyone time and avoids repeating the same experience that multiple candidates seem to be having.
