I had two face to face interviews. The first one with the hiring manager and the second one ( after two weeks) with the team. After the second interview I haven’t heard back from them yet and it has been two months now and the application status remains “under review”.

Short call with HR to confirm availability, etc
One hour interview with a peer Product Owner and a Scrum Master, which went through my CV and experience, my reasons for wanting to join ASML
They dont have a real Product for PO role. They have followed scaled agile framework too seriously and created un necessary PO roles.
Very complex organisation, If you are really looking for an impact in your job as a PO, not a good fit.
For generic PO role, best suited.

it was a short application procedure but time between calls where 2 -3 weeks minimum You work together with dedicated scrum masters, other PO’s and CPO, Release Train Engineer(s), and process experts.
