I took an assessment online. I then got a call 2 days later asking if I could come in for an interview. I went in the next day for a 1:1 interview which lasted 45 minutes. I received an email 2 weeks later saying I didn't get the job, but that I should try again in 6 months.

Just like having a conversation. Basically asked about availability, working with others and independently, handling difficult customers and difficult situations, also how would you handle overcoming objection with sales and would that be a problem for you.
it was easy and fun to interview, with lots of questions but they made me feel welcomed. they touched based on everything i wanted to know about the role and all my expectations
