Overall went well. Ask a few question about initial background. The question were easy, most of the interview was spend going over the background of the job. Other features were describe and products used to perform work.

interview process took four months. It was a lot of back and forward, meeting in md and dc. Lots of changeover. Questionnaires, essays, interview with multiple people. It could have taken three weeks if organized internally better. There were different agendas amongst leadership which made it difficult to understand their overall goal, when everyone had their own personal mission.
