First online assessment used a basic logic puzzle system and an online personality quiz. Each was timed and feed back was given soon, however though feedback could be negative you weren't told whether you had proceeded to next stage for a couple days

How would you rate your anxiety on a scale of not at all to all the time
I was contacted by an internal recruiter from AWE and asked to attend a meeting to discuss job opportunities. I sent my CV to the hiring manager and was then asked to apply. I was specifically instructed to let them know once I had applied online so that the process could be expedited, which I did.
I received an automated rejection email, and have had no response from the company despite following up. I feel like my time was completely wasted and that they were not seriously looking to hire me to begin with.
