General Behavioral Questions.. The communication, email replies were good. There was an email sent to all the candidates about few extras details. I received that emails 2 days too late. It was too late to prepare if there was something we needed to learn from that email. Hopefully that process is improved next time. I am mentioning this as I was asked about that email when the recruiter called me about the decision. I was surprised that he asked “Did you not get my email?” When I said it was too late he couldn’t answer. I was surprised that he even asked that question as I was supposed to receive that email a week before I originally received it.

Behavioral Questions, How did I prepare for this interview. No direct questions on LPs . I wonder if in the answers they were expecting me to say the principles.
Not sure how important was the write up but no one on the panel asked about it. Even the recruiter didn’t mention anything. I was getting constant reminders to submit it but still not sure what happened to it

Buen proceso. Talent te prepara con materiales e información de cono será la entrevista. El proceso fue a lo largo de un día y me entrevistaron 4 personas de diferentes áreas y puestos. Se dividió en técnica, cultural, fit y experiencia
