Rigid, segmented, and lengthy with a bunch of super unfriendly people that don't seem to want to work at AWS and are simply working there for the 4-year stock bonus program. My referral source gave me feedback that he and his coworkers are too busy in meetings to ask about personal things like what they did over the weekend or how they are feeling. They just want to get in and out of meetings as quickly as possible because they're so overworked.
