3 interview rounds. First one was easy, meet in person and go through resume together. Next interview explained more about the job description and what you will be doing. Third interview you had to create your own marketing plan to bring in clients. I was offered the job at the end of the third interview.

The interview was easy, they ask you to introduce yourself to them, and also ask about if you have got a sales Experience. Just sell yourself to them and you will be hired
Applied online and was contacted for an interview about a week later. The first interview was one-on-one and consisted of a mix of background and behavioral questions, and very conversational.

Very simple Interview, based off my experience seems like everyone gets the role.
This is more of an insurance sales position rather than an actual “advisor”. Make sure to ask as many questions as possible
