I received a email from job recruiter stating my profile got shortlisted and I will have to give in interview offline, Next day I went to AXA office and given 2 rounds of interview both were technical. And after 2nd round interviewer told me I got select and will have to come after 2 weeks for other two round but after one week I got text message from recruiter that I got rejected by the panel. When I called her asking the reason she neither picked my call and nor responded to the text. Such a pathetic experience it was.

XL Catlin focus more on behaviour aspects during interview process that make interview little more difficult. Technical part is also not easy in Interview but major focus is on behaviour aspects.
