Entire process took 5 months. There were too many isolated interviews and the interviewers asked the same questions over and over. Panel interview or 2 per session would have been better. Communication was poor about status of position.

The initial interview consisted of a phone screen with the recruiter/ human resources' personnel. Within approximately seven to ten days, the second round interview was conducted virtually with the actual hiring manager using Microsoft Teams

Recruiter contacted me to see if I was interested in a position at Abbott. Recruiter scheduled a meeting with me to discuss the role. Recruiter failed to show up to meeting.
When I reached out after our scheduled meeting to determine if the recruiter was still interested in discussing the role at Abbott, I was met with an apology and was asked if the next two days worked. I replied with availability, and never heard back again. I followed up a week later to see if the recruiter from Abbott was still interested in having a discussion, and received no response.
I hope the recruiter is OK. If they are OK and stuff got in the way like it did the first time, then this is definitely not the type of company I want to work for.
