Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Abercrombie & Fitch
Colloquio
I applied at a career fair and the next week they were holding interviews on campus. I was invited to a group interview with 5 other people. In this interview, we worked as a team to develop a fall line of 8 items from pictures of shirts they brought. Once we chose our designs, we had to price them and decide how many of each we wanted to produce in order to meet our sales goal. There were no right or wrong answers here, they just wanted to see how we worked as a team. After that, we took a basic knowledge timed test. It was pretty simple. About two and a half weeks later I received an email saying they weren't moving me forward in the process but was encouraged to apply again in the Spring.
