It was the Assistant Manager gave us interview. Group interview is somehow stressful. But you should be good with nice smile and great communication skills.
Take turns answering questions. Make sure to interact with the manager and other candidates.

Group interview of around ten or so people, quick twenty minutes of general questions (why do you want to work there, what are your strengths/weaknesses), usually with store or assistant manager. Offer via phone call within a week.

I applied online and then I received a call back asking to come in for a group interview. The group interviews were held outside the store. There were about 6 of us in one group. We went around the circle answering questions.
