The interview process was very long, but very worth it. I would advise that you constantly check in with your recruiter during the long wait periods. Each round I was asked a lot of the same questions.

Simple process. First there was an online math questionaire to test your logical skills, then you moved onto the first round on zoom and spoke to two people for 30 mins each. Nice conversational and classic behavioral questions.

First interview - recorded. Awkward. Very basic questions. They're basically screening you to see if you're attractive enough and communicate properly.
Second interview - Talked with a merchandising planner and HR rep. Behavioral questions
Third interview - Flew me out to Columbus. Had interviews with HR rep, leader in merchandising planning, and another recorded interview. Took two tests-- one IQ and the other case study. Also had to present case study to a panel.
