They were hiring a lot of recruiters at once so the interview process was rather quick. I only had one phone interview with an Accenture H.R. professional. The phone interview only lasted 15 minutes. I'm rather Sr. at my job so perhaps they figured quickly that I could handle the job duties.

Worst process ever, pulled rug underneath me.- Worst process ever. I interviewed for Accenture in 2021 right after all the layoffs at my company and offered a flex role through their agency. After 3 months of onboarding, my background was being held back due to an error on one my old companies, they had changed names due to a bad reputation; a for profit education firm. Accenture requires the exact number of years of experience for their positions; they will run an equifax report on you and verify it; due to mishap they held my onboarding due to non verification of this company, even after providing tax returns. I got several offers later and moved on. My only regret is entertaining them for the few months that I did. Don't do it, they will pull a coin base or worse ghost you.
