Depending on the position applied, typically it is done over a Zoom meeting call, you will be interviewing with a manager and team members one at a time. After the interview process, the hiring team sits down and review your application. If approved/denied, you will be notified by your recruiter.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I was sent an email with links to a series of assessments and then asked to choose a time for my phone interview. The interview was quick, maybe 15 minutes, and then I was told my information would be passed on to the team and they would make a decision in a few days. I was surprised that I didn't have to interview in person or have any kind of technical interview.
