Extremely informal, and casual. It was mostly just a one on one with current employees. They are really just feeling you out as a person. I think they are trying to make sure that you can keep up with the extremely fast paced environment. Also, since you will be the face to the customer, they want to make sure you are polite, good at speaking etc.
