The interviewing and hiring process was incredibly positive and engaging. The staff at achievement first are remarkable individuals. The overall positive energy that is present at the school is very contagiousness.

I was referred by a current employee. The interview process is a pretty intensive. You will have a 30 minute phone interview with recruiter. If that goes well then you will have 2nd phone interview with social worker supervisor. Then the final interview will be with the school staff on site. I will say that everyone was pretty responsive and turn around time was pretty fast.
