Colloquio
My experience with the selection process was positive. From the very beginning, the communication was clear, and I always knew what to expect next. The interviews were well-organized and focused on allowing me to showcase my skills and experiences.

Domanda 1
The interviewers asked in-depth questions that challenged me to think critically and explain my decisions, which made me feel like they were truly interested in how I approach complex problems.

Colloquio
Lengthy interview process (4+ weeks). I applied online, and had 1 phone conversation with the recruiter, one coding exercise in C# via GoToMeeting session, one technical interview with head of the department, and one panel discussion with about 5 employees including HR, Project Manager, and Director of Development. All stages were very formal; seems like the main focus was customer service skills + ability to work under pressure rather than technical expertise or professional experience. Appeared that they had a certain type of employee in mind to be hired, but could not clearly communicate what should it be.

Domanda 1
1) C# exercise via GoToMeeting:
-Visual Studio solution was open, with testing classes, and 2 project classes: Customer, and Credit Card are given, with all the properties, and method. Customer can have many credit cards, with #, and expiration date each. Return count of expired credit card a customer has.
2) Technical interview - mostly questions on the frameworks/tasks you used, plus the way business processes setup in your current company/department. People who worked with customers directly have an advantage over others. Very few basic OOP questions.
3) Panel discussions - 90% are behavioral questions, only a few questions repeating the ones from #2. The most non-standard question - if you would have been an animal, what would it be, and why (?!).
