Applied online, then called local office which lead to in-person interview. There was a pre-interview test online for language usage, as well as personality and workplace habits. After the in-person interview, there was a more specialized skills test for customer-service.

Firsr you are interview with HR, then I had several meetings with current Account Managers, in the end I was intervied by CEO. The assess soft and hard skills, communication skills, ability to interact with customers in an efficient way and ability to close deal.
