Process consists of a phone screen, followed by a fairly straightforward assessment and a few more interview rounds with various others in the organization- team leads, managers, and finally leadership. Only the interview with the team leads was particularly technical, and focused on questions from the assessment as well as general payments and API knowledge. Others seemed focused on your knowledge of the company and its values and how you work in a team. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating overall.
