Recruiter set up interview which was an hour face to face interview, non technical questions and more of seeing cultural fit. Provided with 3 hour Codility assessment to do in my own time. Completed it but never heard back from them after 2 weeks. Followed up and was advised that I wasn't successful and they were interviewing someone with more experience. Would have been polite if they could have emailed me advising I was not successful rather than nothing at all.
