The interviews went well, the phone interview went okay. Basic questions about why you want to leave your current job, what do you know about the company. Then the 1:1 interview was way to relaxed. He asked about you (me) personally. Lastly was the Group/panel interview. It was with 2 people and that was a little more professional. they read from a behavioral packet, skipped some questions.
During my phone interview, it was a little backwards. I did not get the call to setup one, I got the call and she wanted to get right to it. I had to ask her to call me later on in the day. I just woke up and was not aware. Then I received an email about what to expect in the phone interview.
I passed the phone interview and went on to the 1:1 interview. I was really nervous, but the secretary at the office was very welcoming. I had my interview at 3pm. At this branch, they had a meeting at that time. During the interview with branch manager, it was laid back. He just told me about the good the bad and the ugly of working at aerotek. He also asked some personal questions that you would not get from reading my resume.
I passed this phase and now I had to go to the Group/Panel. This was with two account managers. They both seemed like they were BFF's. It was strange. I went in and they introduced themselves, handed me their business cards and started to ask me questions that were read directly from a packet, and wrote down majority of what I was saying.
After each interview, the recruiter who did the phone interview would get back to me to let me know what to expect and do and ask me how did it go.
My advice to other candidates is to go over the companies website. Look up where else they are located. Come up with some questions for them, in addition read their press releases if they/ the office has any. The email the recruiter gives you is the same email you are going to receive for each phase you go to. The format does not change.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.
Domande di colloquio [1]

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
