While it is certainly rare that we have different interviewers than expected, as a fast-paced company, sometimes our associates are pulled into last minute meetings and we need to be flexible with their schedules. We value having someone available who can jump in their place, last minute, instead of cancelling/rescheduling the interview for a different day/time. Being flexible is a huge part of our culture!
