There were 8 of us who had been solicited for a group presentation on how Aflac is structured and how their business works. They initially described the session over the phone as an informational meeting, then a few days later they called it an interview, which was my understanding before I went. When I arrived I found 3 other people waiting in the lobby, and there were ultimately 8 of us who sat through the presentation. The regional manager spent 45 minutes outlining what Aflac provides and how they are structured to sell.
