Pretty straight forward interview process. Essentially you'll be hired as long as you commit to getting the necessary licenses and are a decent person people can communicate with. One tip is to know you will be starting off on an entirely commission based compensation package.

There was a virtual Group interview that told us about the job, and gave general details. If you stayed through the entire “briefing” you are contacted to have a one on one interview with the recruiter, district or regional manager
