Well for my interview in North Las Vegas, NV.. it went really well I learned about the company as so did the rest of the potential candidates ..the interview was more so a q and a but was a good experience.

If you we're tasked to talk to 50 company's over a course of a year to have them join Aflac, how many companys do you think you'll recruit? And why?

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.

sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
