Two interviews: the first is a session describing Aflac’s role and benefits; the second is a one-on-one interview focused on your experience, skills, and fit for the position, and the hr is pretty chill
Was properly scheduled and very well explained. Even though I withdrew my application, I felt the interview process was very good especially through the phone. I also appreciated how instead of getting every detail from me, they described every aspect of the position very well and made sure I was able to determine if the position suited me or not.

Did not received any confirmation and double checked with the recruiter of the phone interview. Still no phone calls. Make a second appointment but wait for the meeting and no one showed up.
