The hiring manager needs to learn some manners and proper hiring etiqute. I was scheduled for a phone interview. Was called by the recruiter two minutes before the scheduled time saying that manager was no longer available. Was rescheduled. The hiring manager called twenty minutes late. Said that were looking for a skill, which was not in the job description at all, and as I was in the middle of describing my background/skills, said that I was not a fit and hung up on me. The whole interview lasted 2.5 minutes. This was the worst experience I've had with a hiring manager. Even if I was a fit, would never want to work for someone who is so disrespectful of her potential employees.

I have been contacted for a on-site interview and have been very suprised by the lack of knowledge of some of them developers.
A interviewer ask me a question in SQL and was unable to understand a JOIN.
I have synchronized a Singelton and the inerviewer was unable to confirm me it was race-condition free.
The last interviewer didn't ask me single question in Java ,
5 hours for nothing for finally tell me that they looking for someone with more knowledge.
