In middle of the initial interview, which is usally just general alignment and basics, recruiter said they wanted to see a case study. Actually they didnt even do that they asked me a generic question "tell me about one of your projects", then after I gave a general explination said what they actually wanted was a case study. This is crazy, no mention of this ahead of time and this is like a 30 min interview with a large amount fo the time jusrt explaining logistics. No worries I pulled up profile and gave a 5 minute overview of a project on the fly pulling up screen sharing, but so rediculous. What they really want to see is probably some pretty screen shots.
