Phone interview with HR, then in person interview during which met 6 different people. Was advised to anticipate the interview would last an hour and a half, my interview lasted nearly two and a half hours. Wasn't even offered a water during my time there. But they do give you their benefits package details. You'd think since they interviewed me for such a lengthy time and gave me benefit details that they'd give me an offer, but they didn't.

I started with a phone conversation with HR for around 30 minutes going through my resume and hearing some details about the company. Then I met with the vice president and 4 to 5 supervisors separately. One included a test. The questions were normal interview questions such as why accounting, why work here. I came in on 2 days for all the interviews.
