They really hype up their interview process trying to make it sound like it's so different. Stating that they don't treat it as a screening or test-- that they try work the interview around the candidate. That's absolutely false... They just asked a leetcode problem and watch you solve it just like any other tech company has been doing.

The interview process included an intro call, a Hackerrank assessment, two separate 1-hour deep dive coding sessions, and concluded with a final onsite interview that lasted approximately four to six hours.
