I went to the career fair on campus and stopped to talk to their booth. I got an impromptu interview right there on the spot because all of their interview slots had already been filled. After about a week I got an e-mail asking to set-up an on site interview in San Jose. I made the trip up and the interview took about an hour and a half where I was interviewed and given a tour of the building and it's facilities. about three days after the on-site interview I was moved onto the final round and asked to take a personality test to see how well I would fit in with the company. They said I would know in about a week after I had taken the PI test if I had gotten the job. I never got a call back.

I interviewed for the MEP Project Engineer position in a panel-style format, meeting with several members of the MEP engineering department and my recruiter in a boardroom. It was about an hour long and conversational where we covered my resume, credentials, and role specific topics. Following the interview, I toured the facility with my recruiter.
